Mr. Letendre practices in commercial law, intellectual property law and information technology and communications law, with a clientele composed mainly of small and medium-sized Québec and European technology firms.

At the beginning of his practice (1993-1994), his services were retained in Europe by a group of lawyers specialized in business law, based in Brussels and Paris, and he was responsible for a project in Warsaw for a company held by French and Canadian parties.  [next]
[previous]  As a lawyer and a trademark agent, he is involved in business start-up and reorganization. Mr. Letendre has also developed expertise in technology transfer and new information technologies for businesses active in the fields of electronic commerce, multimedia and software.

Mr. Letendre sits on the boards of directors of Valotech alliances technologiques, the Corporation d'Innovation Montérégie, and SAJE Montréal Métro. He is a member of the Canadian Technology Network (Quorum), and represents Lafortune Cadieux in Interlegal, an international network of business lawyers.  [next]
[previous]  Since 2004, Mr. Letendre has been a lecturer at the Université de Montréal's faculty of law in Information technology law (technology transfer contracts) in its master of law program as well as in International economic law in its undergraduate program.

He has been a guest speaker at several conferences and has participated in many workshops in Québec and Europe in his fields of expertise.
